Human Resources Officer – Morocco

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to lead all HR activities in our Casablanca office. The role includes overseeing employee records, payroll coordination, compliance with Moroccan labor legislation, and supporting the onboarding of new hires while collaborating closely with the headquarters team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee files, prepare contracts, and manage CNSS/AMO registrations.
• Track attendance, working hours, leave and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing with the local provider.
• Coordinate local onboarding logistics, deliver HR induction sessions and assist new hires with paperwork.
• Act as the primary HR contact for Morocco‑based staff, promote employee well‑being and support internal communications and engagement activities.
• Apply company policies locally, keep audit‑ready records and provide HR reporting to the regional team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a generalist HR role within Morocco.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law, CNSS and social regulations.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
