About the role
The company Rabat Ville Verte is seeking a senior professional to lead the control of its field operations in Rabat. The role involves overseeing operational performance, ensuring quality standards, and managing project delivery across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, monitor and coordinate daily field operations to meet performance targets.
- Implement and supervise quality control procedures for operational activities.
- Lead project management initiatives, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and resource allocation.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Required profile
- State‑engineer degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, logistics or a related discipline.
- 10–12 years of experience in field operations management, quality control or project management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.
