About the role
The HR Business Partner Manager will lead and standardize Human Resources and Talent Management practices across multiple African operations, supporting large‑scale client programs in a fast‑paced global services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and standardize HR and Talent Management practices across multiple African operations.
- Partner with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HRIS, Compliance and Business Leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Drive implementation of scalable HR frameworks, governance standards and people strategies that promote a high‑performance, employee‑centered culture.
Required profile
- Strategic and operational HR leader with strong business acumen.
- Proven experience building scalable HR frameworks across multiple countries and cultures.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational alignment and implement impactful HR and talent strategies.
