About the role

As a Sales Associate – International Business at MyOutDesk, you will lead the company’s global sales initiatives. You will engage prospective clients across multiple countries, understand their specific business challenges, and deliver customized solutions that drive growth and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and initiate contact with potential clients in diverse international markets.
  • Analyse client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective international sales strategies.
  • Provide high‑quality customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably with an international focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to operate across different time zones.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
