About the role

Join adidas as a Sales Associate in the Talent Pool at Marjane Menara Marrakech. You will inspire customers, drive store sales, and contribute to adidas' profit targets while delivering a seamless, consumer‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with every consumer entering the store, applying the CONNECT‑ENGAGE‑INSPIRE service standards.
• Maintain awareness of store KPIs and actively contribute to sales and loss‑prevention goals.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly.
• Guide customers through digital and omnichannel tools for a unified shopping experience.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures, and ensure the sales floor reflects the full product range.
• Complete transactions quickly and accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Uphold visual merchandising, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Collaborate respectfully with peers and supervisors, offering ideas for operational improvement.

Required profile

• Preferably 1‑2 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning, coaching, and personal development.
