Sales Operations Associate – English Required

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate who is fluent in English to join our Customer Operations team in Casablanca. In this back‑office position you will support sales and customer service colleagues, enabling them to focus on selling and servicing our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to create and manage quotations for new bids, contracts, shortages and special pricing requests.
• Maintain data integrity across systems to drive automation of selling and service processes.
• Upload customer bills of material, request special price support and keep product data (stock status, lead‑time, MOQ, classification) up to date.
• Ensure quoted prices are correctly reflected in contracts and that customer part numbers are clean for seamless order processing.
• Resolve data mismatches, order issues and post‑invoice adjustments promptly.
• Monitor and correct quote‑related alerts and holds in the Oracle ERP system.
• Provide timely support to customer‑facing colleagues so they can build strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; Excel experience is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, order management or sales.
• Strong accountability, communication and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and a team‑player mindset.
