Sales Operations Associate – English Speaker

About the role

Join Arrow's Customer Operations team in Casablanca as a Sales Operations Associate. You will work behind the scenes to support sales and customer service colleagues, enabling them to focus on selling and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to create and manage quotations for new bids, contracts, shortages and special requests.
• Ensure data consistency across systems to drive automation of selling and service processes.
• Upload customer bills of material, request special pricing, and maintain product data such as stock status, lead‑time, MOQ and classifications.
• Support order processing by verifying quoted prices and cleaning customer part numbers.
• Resolve data mismatches and order issues promptly, implementing corrective actions.
• Handle post‑invoice adjustments internally and externally when needed.
• Monitor quote alerts and holds in the Oracle ERP system and make necessary corrections.
• Enable customer‑facing colleagues to build strong relationships by efficiently managing quotes and queries.

Required profile

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; Excel experience is advantageous.
• Background in customer service, order management or sales.
• Strong accountability, communication and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and a team‑player mindset.
