Sales Planning Specialist

About the role

The Sales Planning Specialist will oversee and optimise the flow of vehicles across the designated region, driving sales volume growth and aligning market dynamics with business objectives. This role focuses on creating value through strategic sales planning, market intelligence and profit optimisation in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead model, zone and country sales volume planning within the region.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise vehicle flow in line with market demand.
• Collaborate with zone and market teams to gather regional market insights.
• Build market intelligence and drive digitalisation initiatives across the region.
• Work with brand and finance stakeholders to maximise sales throughput while maintaining profit balance.
• Provide backup support to the Sales Planning Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
• 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales, marketing or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
