Segment Leader

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to oversee production planning and capacity management for its automotive wiring systems in Agadir. The role ensures that equipment, personnel and shift schedules meet customer requirements while maintaining on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan production capacity (equipment, personnel) and schedules, including additional shifts, based on customer demand.
• Coordinate optimal utilization of production equipment.
• Ensure on‑time production and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Support production control activities.
• Analyze previous‑day production results (efficiency, quality, waste, rejects) and implement countermeasures such as KOSU or KATA, or trigger escalation when needed.

Required profile

• Engineer or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
