Specialist Operational Excellence

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist Operational Excellence to lead the definition and execution of continuous improvement strategies across its Agadir plant. The role focuses on deploying lean tools, coaching teams, and ensuring the organization meets its operational excellence targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and plan the improvement strategy using the Hoshin process.
• Collaborate with Production Management and plant organization to deploy continuous improvement and lean tools.
• Monitor CI activities through lean principles, PDCA cycles, and KPI tracking (OPEX dashboard, Value Plus).
• Assess skill matrices and coordinate training and coaching for plant personnel.
• Plan and deliver Lean Manufacturing workshops and CI workshops across selected sites.
• Conduct audits to evaluate site performance and identify further improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or an equivalent field.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
