Senior AI Engineer - AI Systems

About the role

Mindera is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own the core of our AI accelerator platform, ensuring reliability, reusability, and observability of agentic systems that power our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reusable accelerator core and the multi‑agent workflows built on it.
• Design coding, planning, review and testing agents with tool‑calling and human‑in‑the‑loop where appropriate.
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines and telemetry to make quality measurable and regressions visible.
• Ensure reliability, cost control and observability of agentic systems in real‑world use.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of professional AI engineering and software development experience.
• Ability to deploy a customer‑facing application end‑to‑end, including devops, front‑end and back‑end.
• Experience delivering modern, scalable, fast and responsive production apps.
• Hands‑on AI SDLC experience in production environments.
• Deep expertise in LLM application engineering (prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores, Anthropic and OpenAI APIs).
• Evaluation‑driven development mindset, treating evals as the source of truth.
• Experience building end‑to‑end agentic systems that plan, code, validate and improve over time.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI) and ability to choose custom harnesses when needed.
• Working fluency with a cloud data platform and SQL to build evaluation and verification infrastructure.
