Pentabell is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Asset Manager to join one of our key clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the company's physical assets, ensuring maximum operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and full regulatory compliance.

Missions principales

• Oversee and maintain a comprehensive, real-time inventory of all company equipment, vehicles, and strategic assets.
• Develop and execute advanced asset management strategies designed to optimize utilization and significantly reduce operational costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain all necessary legal and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and technical teams to proactively schedule repairs, preventive maintenance, and necessary replacements.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analytical dashboards regarding asset performance, depreciation, and total value.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in asset management, ideally within the industrial sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex inventories and large-scale equipment lifecycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable financial insights.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (specifically SAP or Sage).
• Expertise in financial reporting and asset valuation methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance protocols.
