Join a dynamic leader in industrial services to spearhead large-scale international projects. As a Senior Mechanical Erection Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex mechanical assembly operations across high-stakes sectors such as Mining, Bulk Handling, and Oil & Gas.

Missions principales

• Lead and oversee the mechanical erection of heavy industrial equipment, including stackers, reclaimers, loaders, conveyors, tanks, and piping systems.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles: from site execution and logistics to heavy lifting operations and technical monitoring.
• Coordinate on-site teams and act as the primary liaison between clients, EPC contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure rigorous project control through detailed reporting, progress tracking, billing, and management of variations/change orders.
• Mitigate operational risks and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards on international sites.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical equipment installation within industrial environments (Mining, Bulk Handling, or Oil & Gas).
• Proven track record with at least 5 years of direct site experience and 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Previous experience working for a mechanical erection subcontractor is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing heavy lifting and complex logistics for large-scale industrial components.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Africa and the Middle East.

Competences requises

• Expertise in heavy mechanical assembly (Stackers, Reclaimers, Conveyors, etc.).
• Strong Project Management skills (Budgeting, Billing, Variation Management, Reporting).
• Advanced Logistics and Heavy Lifting coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Risk management and site safety leadership.
