About the role

Join the Research & Development department of Société Générale's Investment Banking division in Casablanca. As a Senior R&D Software Engineer you will work on high‑impact C# projects that support business, regulatory and transformation initiatives across multiple global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end C# solutions, from requirement analysis to production support (L3).
• Maintain ownership of deliverables, ensuring high quality, test coverage and continuous integration.
• Collaborate closely with expert teams in Casablanca, Paris, New York and Hong Kong.
• Support clients in using applications and tools, providing technical guidance.
• Contribute to improving industry best practices such as KISS, SOLID, and change management in a critical production environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a C# Software Engineer.
• Strong object‑oriented programming skills and ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, well‑tested code.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French and ability to work in a team.
