Senior Sales Data Analyst

About the role

Arrow ECS is seeking a Senior Sales Data Analyst to turn large, sensitive data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership. The role supports strategic planning by building metrics, dashboards, and reliable KPIs across sales and IT security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and improvement areas while ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Develop, track, and report key performance indicators; create executive‑level dashboards and reports.
• Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, and ERP platforms (Microsoft AX, Oracle) to integrate data and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Design and implement processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting where none exist.
• Collaborate with senior executives, suppliers, and stakeholders to align insights with compensation targets and strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to build processes, dashboards, and BI tools from scratch.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
