Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is expanding its CRM Factory for a major international client and seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join the Morocco delivery centre. You will design, develop, and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions while championing best practices and technical excellence across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Service Cloud, including security, profiles, objects, fields, Flows and Process Builder.
• Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Create and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, batch processes and web services, connecting Salesforce to retail, e‑commerce, clienteling and telephony systems.
• Work with middleware tools such as MuleSoft or BizTalk for complex data flows.
• Lead technical design, perform code reviews and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce development standards.
• Write unit and integration tests, optimise performance and support release management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience on Salesforce projects, including 5+ years in development.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (required).
