Service Technician – Industrial Boilers

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, newly‑graduated Service Technician to join our ASA HC team in Casablanca. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of industrial boilers and related thermal and electrical systems for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of thermal and industrial electrical systems at client sites.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting and functional tests, identify faults and propose corrective actions.
• Assist senior technicians and engineers during start‑up and performance optimisation of equipment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, maintenance logs and spare‑parts lists using company templates.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards and incidents promptly.
• Communicate technical information to clients and team members, and provide basic on‑site training to client operators when required.
• Coordinate logistics for site visits, including travel planning, equipment packing and customs documentation for international trips.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by reporting recurring issues and supporting retrofitting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Thermal Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering (thermal focus) or Industrial Electrical Engineering.
• Recent graduates welcomed; internships or practical project experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, electrical circuits, instrumentation and control systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations for thermal/electrical installations (advantageous).
