Social Media Coordinator – Hotel

About the role

The Social Media Coordinator will manage the daily activity of the Rabat Marriott Hotel’s social media channels, creating engaging content and fostering online communities. This role supports the hotel’s brand visibility and contributes to marketing and e‑commerce objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute editorial calendars for all social platforms.
• Monitor online conversations, respond to guest inquiries, and engage with followers.
• Integrate property‑specific and brand messaging into posts and campaigns.
• Measure and report the impact of social media activity on business performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align content with hotel promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience managing social media for a brand or hospitality property.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and uphold guest service standards.
