Marketing and Communication Intern

About the role

Join Ericsson’s EMEA Marketing & Communication (M&C) team for a three‑month internship starting October 2026. You will support Marketing and Communication Managers on major customer engagements, help execute account‑based marketing, and contribute to creating impactful customer experiences across selected Customer Units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project management of Customer Marketing and Communications activities.
• Coordinate with various M&C functions to deliver activations and assets.
• Support event marketing, ensuring Ericsson’s differentiated presence and customer experience.
• Inject proactive ideas to support Customer Unit ambitions.
• Help plan and implement marketing and communications deliverables.
• Provide cross‑CU support within the Marketing Unit.
• Collaborate with the sales organization on ongoing and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently in the 3rd or final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Marketing or Communications.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Agile mindset with a passion for learning.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and stakeholders.
