Solution Delivery Manager (French & English Speaking)

About the role

The Solution Delivery Manager will bridge cutting‑edge biometric technology with real‑world implementations for identity‑critical applications such as elections, passport issuance, border control and customer onboarding. This senior individual‑contributor position focuses on technical consulting and solution delivery without direct people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intensive training on the biometric SDKs, ABIS architecture and integration methods.
• Shadow live customer training sessions to grasp implementation challenges.
• Own client projects as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting integrations and optimizing performance.
• Develop data‑migration scripts, conduct quality analyses and support system optimisation.
• Deliver technical knowledge‑transfer sessions and create comprehensive documentation, tests and reports.
• Collaborate with R&D, product teams and customers to improve tools, processes and product road‑maps.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel internationally, especially to African countries.
• Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Independent, responsible work style with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to produce high‑quality outputs and presentations.
• Nice to have: French citizenship or eligibility to work across French‑speaking regions.

Required skills

• Programming: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python.
• Database: Multiple SQL flavors.
• API: REST API design and integration.
• Messaging: Message Queues.
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, AWS (or similar cloud), GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Identity management: Keycloak.
• Exposure to biometric SDKs or platforms is a plus.
