Solutions Engineer – Remote (French‑Speaking, Morocco)

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a French‑speaking Solutions Engineer based in Morocco to support its French‑speaking customers across EMEA, France, Morocco and French‑speaking Africa. This fully remote position focuses on configuring and optimizing the company’s AI‑first recruitment platform, ensuring customers get the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own a weekly queue of customer tickets and configuration requests.
• Configure Autoflows, integrations, and bot interactions to meet specific client needs.
• Audit existing setups and optimise performance, response quality and adoption rates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues end‑to‑end with minimal escalation.
• Conduct weekly technical check‑ins with recruitment managers and team leaders in French‑speaking markets.
• Help build a local Talkpush community through monthly in‑person meetups.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for technology and automation.
• Customer‑focused attitude, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in AI‑driven recruitment solutions and willingness to stay updated on product features.

Required skills

• Experience configuring automation workflows (e.g., Autoflows).
• Familiarity with AI interview agents and bot interaction design.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration and performance issues.
