Sourcing & Emergency Lead – MEA Region

About the role

Evernex is looking for a proactive Sourcing & Emergency Lead to support its Middle East and Africa (MEA) operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous supply of critical IT spare parts and technical services while aligning regional activities with the company’s global sourcing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional sourcing strategy that follows the global framework.
• Source spare parts, technical services, and partners, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Monitor purchase orders, stock levels, and coordinate with warehouses and technical teams.
• Ensure timely procurement and end‑to‑end service delivery.
• Maintain procurement records, prepare purchasing and cost‑analysis reports, and support Purchase‑to‑Pay improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate up to 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, including researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
• Capability to manage the full order‑to‑payment cycle.
• Analytical, numerically astute, and results‑oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with IT items procurement and familiarity with IT suppliers is a plus.
