Specialist Customer Service (Supply Chain)

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist Customer Service to act as the single point of contact for selected automotive customers throughout pre‑series, series and after‑sales phases. You will coordinate daily operations between the Advanced Delivery Center, customers, production sites and third‑party logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day customer service and act as the primary interface for pre‑series, series and after‑sales activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, trigger corrective actions for value‑chain deviations, and handle logistics complaints.
• Process customer orders, compare schedules with contracts, and coordinate capacity and flexibility solutions.
• Maintain Master Production Schedule consistency and ensure availability of finished goods.
• Initiate emergency measures for missing goods and oversee escalation procedures.
• Oversee customer packaging, conduct cycle counting and stock‑take to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Support implementation of customer‑specific terms, conditions, and standards.
• Track actual costs, implement cost‑reduction actions, and contribute to annual cost‑budget planning.
• Assist sales with VCM‑related recharges such as obsolete material, freight, and services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
