Strategy Consulting Intern

About the role

JESA’s Advisory & Digital Solutions (ADS) division is looking for a Strategy Consulting Intern to support high‑impact projects across mining, energy, water, urban planning and transportation in Africa and the Middle East. You will work alongside experienced consultants, contributing to real client engagements from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of market, regulatory and operational data to develop strategic recommendations.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, reports and feasibility studies.
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Required profile

• Final‑year student at a top‑tier international engineering or business school (Grandes écoles).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply core discipline knowledge to business problems.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to receive constructive feedback.
