About the role
Ithmar Capital is seeking a Strategy & Ideation Project Manager to turn economic and sector analysis into actionable priorities. Based in Rabat, the role combines strategic planning with early assessment of potential projects and coordination of delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps based on market studies and public‑policy priorities.
- Assess and pre‑qualify new project ideas, preparing recommendations for senior decision‑makers.
- Coordinate project delivery, guide team members and produce clear strategic presentations.
Required profile
- Master’s‑level qualification in economics, finance, strategy or management.
- Five to eight years of professional experience, including at least four years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical, project‑management and written communication skills in French and English.
- Permanent, on‑site role in Rabat with no teleworking.
