Supply Chain Network Scheduling Supervisor

About the role

Eaton is looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Network Scheduling Supervisor to ensure short‑term product availability across markets. You will be the primary supply representative for an assigned value stream, managing capacity, material constraints, and exception handling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the short‑term supply plan (0‑12 weeks) for finished goods within the value stream.
• Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate resources such as buyers, planners, and schedulers.
• Identify and resolve supply‑demand imbalances, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor capacity and material constraints, assess impact on the supply plan, and escalate risks as needed.
• Partner with operations to ensure schedule adherence and effective execution.
• Build and evaluate alternative planning scenarios to protect demand and meet service level targets.
• Track key supply‑chain KPIs (service level, inventory performance, cash, cost) and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product availability, communicating escalations promptly.
• Maintain planning data integrity by auditing ERP parameters and supporting inventory optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in supply chain functions such as materials management, inventory management, demand or supply planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
