Sustainability Reporting Workstreams Lead

About the role

Lead and coordinate sustainability reporting workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SEC Form 20‑F and other requirements across multiple functions and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones and stakeholder contributions for sustainability reporting.
• Draft, review and ensure accuracy of disclosures, methodologies, technical position papers and guidance documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external assurance activities, evidence collection and audit follow‑up.
• Integrate Double Materiality Assessment outcomes into reporting and maintain the Workiva platform.
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive continuous improvement through automation and digital solutions.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability or corporate reporting.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy and related frameworks.
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with assurance/audit processes.
