Talent Acquisition Consultant – EMEA (German/French)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruitment across German‑speaking or French‑speaking markets in the EMEA region. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract top talent, leveraging digital innovation, AI tools, and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive internet and database searches to generate candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Use proactive cold‑recruiting methods, including phone interviews and custom‑tailored outreach, to engage passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate hiring data in the applicant tracking system and ensure process compliance.
• Provide high‑level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote Eaton’s staffing model across all organizational levels.
• Address and resolve sensitive recruitment issues with sound judgment.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors, ensuring consistent hiring practices.
• Enhance talent attraction initiatives through German/French language skills, digital/AI recruiting tools, and employer branding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or IT.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑building abilities.
