Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for attracting, identifying and hiring talent that will support Leyton’s growth in Morocco. You will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze recruitment needs in collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, CV databases, job boards and other channels.
• Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from pre‑screening to interviews, assessments, offer management and follow‑up.
• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews and evaluate candidates on technical and behavioral criteria.
• Coordinate interview stages with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Update recruitment data accurately in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives such as recruitment events, career fairs and social media activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
• Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn and online platforms.
• Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to manage several recruitment assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, curious and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
