About the role
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Analyst to join Oracle Health’s International Support team in Agadir. The role focuses on providing functional and technical expertise to clients, troubleshooting both front‑end and back‑end applications, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide incident resolution and application maintenance for Oracle Health solutions.
- Conduct troubleshooting investigations across front‑end and back‑end applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, documenting notes, activities, and resolutions.
- Prioritize work based on severity and urgency, and participate in on‑call rotation as needed.
- Travel up to 20% for client engagements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Agadir and travel as required.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
