Telesales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Telesales Representative to generate sales through both outbound and inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive and customer‑focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to identify needs, overcome objections and close deals over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and confidently.
• Handle customer questions, concerns and objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through professional communication.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven track record of making sales over the phone and handling objections.
• Ability to work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and able to work independently as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Fluent English for selling to English‑speaking customers.
