Testeur UAT confirmé

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is looking for a confirmed UAT Tester to join the SPM (Packaging Management) team in Rabat. You will ensure that the new SPM information system meets functional and business requirements by designing, executing and tracking functional tests.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional specifications (SFD) and extract test requirements.
• Write and enrich functional test scenarios to validate the solution.
• Execute functional tests and log anomalies in JIRA.
• Monitor JIRA tickets until resolution and report KPI progress.
• Coordinate with business leaders and local teams to drive test execution.
• Support user adoption, create training materials and train key‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent with a focus on IT.
• 1‑5 years of experience in functional testing, preferably in automotive supply‑chain environments.
• Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead workshops, propose improvements and work autonomously.
