MTSB & Azure Control Owner

About the role

We are looking for an MTSB & Azure Control Owner to join the Group Security team, responsible for maintaining and improving the security level of our infrastructure and cloud environments. The role combines ownership of the Minimum Technical Security Baseline (MTSB) controls with Azure security control reviews, monitoring KRIs, coordinating action plans and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor MTSB control scores, identify deviations or drops in security levels, and trigger corrective actions.
• Review and validate evidence provided by operational teams for MTSB controls, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage security exceptions, define action plans, and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Perform security configuration reviews of applications and resources hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Assess Azure environments against Group security minimum controls, internal technical guidelines and industry best practices.
• Identify security gaps, collaborate with stakeholders to remediate issues and maintain the required Azure security posture.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/Information Security, with at least 2 years focused on Azure security.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
• Proven experience with MTSB/CIS Benchmark hardening and security governance.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure Security certification (mandatory).
• Deep knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and security hardening principles.
• Experience with Azure security controls and configuration reviews.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto Prisma Cloud (plus).
