Total Production Cost Controller - MEA Region

About the role

The Total Production Cost Controller for the MEA region will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis of production costs across Stellantis' vehicle portfolio. This role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering reliable financial data and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget for Total Production Cost, Standard Cost and part of the industrial Off‑Standard for the MEA region.
• Develop monthly best‑estimate forecasts and periodic updates (Forecast 1, Forecast 2, etc.).
• Manage reporting deliverables to central and regional teams on TPC, Transformation Cost and Off‑Standard, meeting strict timelines.
• Track and analyse monthly production costs and off‑standard actuals, explaining variances versus prior periods, budget and forecasts.
• Validate TPC and standard costs in the pricing system for vehicles across the region and ensure price robustness.
• Analyse and resolve accounting discrepancies related to part‑price changes.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional workshops aimed at cost optimisation and alignment with budgets.
• Improve controlling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the transition of new‑car TPC management from project phase to manufacturing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial controlling, cost management or financial analysis.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
