Tour Leader – Guide Guests Across Morocco

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Leader to guide guests on memorable tours across Fes and other iconic destinations in Morocco. You will create a warm, professional, and engaging experience while showcasing the rich culture, history, and traditions of the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and accompany guests on tours and excursions throughout Fes and other Moroccan locations.
• Welcome guests, provide a professional and friendly introduction, and ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Explain Moroccan culture, history, landmarks, and local customs.
• Coordinate daily tour schedules, transportation, activities, restaurants, accommodations, and other suppliers.
• Prepare all tour arrangements before guest arrival and handle any questions, requests, or complaints.
• Collaborate with drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, activity providers, and the Operations team.
• Monitor service quality, report operational issues, and ensure guest safety following company procedures.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the Operations team and assist with last‑minute changes.
• Create authentic, social‑media‑friendly content showcasing destinations, activities, food, and culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Tour Leader, Tour Guide, Travel Coordinator, or a similar tourism role.
• Strong knowledge of Fes and Moroccan destinations, culture, history, and tourism experiences.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage, especially if driving responsibilities are required.
