360 Recruitment Consultant – Immediate Joiners Only

About the role

We are a leading staffing and recruitment firm seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our agency team. This role is sales‑focused, giving you full ownership of the recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by networking, cold‑calling and strategic outreach to win client accounts.
• Own the full billing process: originate job orders, source candidates, conduct interviews and close placements.
• Build and expand a desk within the Tech, SaaS and Digital sectors, consistently achieving high revenue targets.
• Headhunt and manage high‑performing sales talent (Account Executives, BDMs, Sales Directors) through interview to offer negotiation.
• Manage P&L for your desk, focusing on high‑margin opportunities and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of agency experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven personal billing record and revenue generation.
• Hunter mentality with strong business development and client acquisition skills.
• Commercially driven, target‑oriented and comfortable managing a profitable desk.
• Preferably experienced in Sales, SaaS or Technology recruitment with an existing network of sales candidates.
