Academy Coordinator – Casablanca

About the role

Join Slimstock Academy as an Academy Coordinator in Casablanca. You will support the Academy Manager in planning and delivering training programs, liaising with global offices, and preparing reports based on participant feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Slimstock Academy Knowledge Platform, handling new subscriptions, reports, and feedback.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule training sessions.
• Assist in hosting training courses and provide on‑site support during Q&A sessions.
• Collect and align information for the creation of learning content.
• Prepare training reports covering attendance and participant feedback.
• Support the Academy Manager with planning and execution of training initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and project‑management abilities.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a diverse team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
