Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Account Executive to help a fast‑growing US startup expand its ecommerce chargeback protection platform into new customer categories. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates with experience in ecommerce, payments or SaaS sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect across multiple verticals such as CRM platforms, ecommerce brands, SaaS companies and agencies where chargebacks impact the business.
• Engage decision‑makers via LinkedIn, cold email, website forms, DMs and warm introductions.
• Build business cases with real data, run full sales cycles including demos, objection handling, pricing and closing.
• Convert live merchant case studies into outreach and closed deals.
• Share call insights to refine pitch and prioritize target categories.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven sales experience in ecommerce, payments or SaaS, preferably selling to brands, platforms or software companies.
• Track record of sourcing and closing deals independently.
• Creative and persistent in multi‑channel outreach.
• Ability to quickly learn chargeback concepts and work without a playbook or SDR support.
