About the role
Sophos is looking for an Account Executive to act as the on‑the‑ground presence for its top channel partners, driving bookings and product adoption across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day queries for channel partners and ensure they meet booking quotas.
- Drive territory channel planning, recruit top partners, and onboard them to Sophos solutions.
- Conduct joint business planning and maintain strong consultative relationships with key partner contacts.
- Align with distribution managers to implement channel strategy and support partner activities.
Required profile
- Relevant post‑secondary education.
- Extensive experience recruiting, onboarding and managing technology channel partners.
- Knowledge of security and software channel ecosystems.
- Fluent English and local language proficiency.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM and PRM systems.
- Ability to forecast and use channel planning tools.
