About the role
As an Account Manager Intern you will help Glovo deliver a WOW service to its partners in Morocco. You will support the growth of the food business by managing partner relationships, tracking performance and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategic partner relationships end‑to‑end, including P&L tracking and product integrations.
- Onboard new partners, providing the tools and information they need to start working on the platform.
- Monitor partners’ performance, analyze KPIs and drive month‑over‑month growth.
- Lead co‑marketing initiatives and partnership renegotiations to ensure sustainable economics.
- Gather partner feedback and translate it into product, marketing and operational improvements.
Required profile
- Commercial mindset with an easy‑going attitude.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, focused on root‑cause analysis.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, French and Arabic.
- Customer‑obsessed, proactive, organized and detail‑oriented.
- Empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
