Account Payable Team Lead

About the role

Onclusive is seeking an Account Payable Team Lead to build and manage the teams responsible for the accounting operations of Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) and Travel & Expenses (T&E). You will design and implement systems and processes that ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while supporting month‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead teams handling PTP and T&E accounting operations.
• Create and implement processes for daily operations and act as subject‑matter expert.
• Assist Controllers with accurate, timely month‑end close and accrue/prepay necessary costs.
• Participate in month‑end balance‑sheet reconciliation for operations‑related accounts.
• Maintain strong financial controls and process environment.
• Track and report KPIs for suppliers and payables.
• Manage global payables reporting and approval processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; additional European language a plus.
• Extensive experience managing accounting operations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central), QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Understanding of financial and operational KPIs with ability to communicate insights.
• Proven track record of implementing best‑in‑class processes.
• Fast learner, highly organized, and able to multi‑task in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• Good managerial skills.
