About the role
As an Account Sales Executive for the Financial Services Industry (FSI) at Atos Group, you will drive commercial growth by managing strategic accounts across banking, insurance, leasing, payment, and fintech sectors. You will act as a trusted partner to C‑level stakeholders, shaping long‑term relationships and delivering tailored digital and IT solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of FSI clients, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Create and execute comprehensive account plans, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Respond to RFP/RFI processes, negotiate contracts, and secure deals.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, pre‑sales, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor client satisfaction, pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and participate in client steering committees.
- Conduct market intelligence on FSI trends, competition, and innovation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in complex B2B sales with a long sales cycle.
- Ability to engage C‑level executives (CIO, CDO, COO, CFO).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good understanding of the financial services sector and its regulatory environment (e.g., PCI‑DSS, GDPR, ISO, AML).
- Leadership mindset and partner‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Knowledge of IT and digital services such as data, cloud, cybersecurity, core banking, CRM, and digital banking.
- Familiarity with outsourcing and managed services models.
