Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage end‑to‑end supplier accounting activities for Exclusive Networks in Morocco. Working closely with internal teams and international suppliers, the role ensures timely payments, accurate records, and compliance with local accounting and tax regulations. This position plays a key part in supporting cash‑flow forecasting and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record supplier invoices in the accounting system, verifying compliance against purchase orders and goods receipt documentation.
• Monitor invoice discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and prepare validated supplier payments and bank transfers.
• Prepare and validate withholding tax (RAS) payments and manage VAT compliance.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, manage aging balances, and support cash‑flow forecasting.
• Assist with audit requirements and ensure adherence to Moroccan accounting and tax regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations, including VAT and withholding tax.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
