Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Accountant supports the finance lead in building a best‑in‑class finance team and ensures a robust control and compliance environment. You will work within the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) department, partnering with hotel finance teams and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Credit Manager and ensure smooth billing and collection processes in full compliance with policy, regulatory and contractual frameworks.
• Support credit control, billing, and collection activities across the OTC department.
• Collaborate with hotel finance teams, commercial, and operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Participate in finance development programs and contribute to EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret large volumes of complex financial data.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to develop presentations for all levels of the company.
