Accounts Receivable

About the role

We are a newly formed business within Onclusive looking for a passionate individual to join our controlling function. You will support day‑to‑day activities while also shaping strategic initiatives and helping to improve our processes. This role offers a voice in how we evolve the organisation and encourages you to bring your whole self to work.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing business‑as‑usual activities, including processing sales invoices and receipts.
• Handle billing enquiries and manage credit control.
• Participate in system migration and user testing for Dynamics Business Central from an AR perspective.
• Carry out ad‑hoc project duties and assist with knowledge transfer and documentation for system rollout.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Strong Excel proficiency with advanced data analysis, spreadsheet management and formula development.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably with multinational accounts.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision) preferred.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing for new systems is desirable.
• Effective communicator, fast learner, able to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and deadline driven.
