ADAS Feature Integration & Validation Engineer

About the role

MICLA Engineering & Design is expanding its Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team in Morocco. The role focuses on integrating and validating L2/L2+ driver‑assistance features, ensuring they work seamlessly on the vehicle platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse feature and component requirements and derive automated test cases for subsystem environments.
• Perform ADAS software validation on sub‑system platforms for L2/L2+ features.
• Integrate features, verify end‑to‑end functional behaviour, and execute testing on ECUs, test benches, and vehicles.
• Analyse test results, identify root causes and implement counter‑measures with development and supplier teams.
• Support functional safety and cybersecurity activities within the feature scope.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Automotive, Computer or Systems Engineering.
• Strong understanding of ADAS sensing (camera, radar, ultrasonic, lidar, 360° vision) and actuation.
• Experience with automotive networks and E/E architecture (CAN, CAN‑FD, LIN, Ethernet).
• Professional English and willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Python for test‑case automation.
• Vector toolchain: CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape.
• ISO 26262, ASIL concepts, DFMEA, SOTIF awareness.
• MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow and model‑based development.
• Vehicle dynamics, longitudinal and lateral control concepts.
• Supplier technical management and cross‑functional collaboration.
