Advanced ME Engineer

About the role

Versigent is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (ME) to ensure compliance with EOS, environmental, health & safety, and sustainability standards while developing and standardising manufacturing system designs for advanced and high‑voltage technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with Versigent EOS, EHS, and sustainability requirements.
• Develop and standardise Manufacturing System Designs (MSD) for advanced and HV technologies.
• Define and improve methods, sequences, and layouts that support automation and new business opportunities.
• Prepare NBQ ME packages, including capacity studies, investment estimates, cost evaluations, and layout evolution.
• Support DFA workshops and ensure ME inputs are reflected in product and process decisions.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Process (BOPs) in collaboration with central Process Engineering teams.
• Analyse machine capacity, labour time, and automation scenarios using standard calculation tools.
• Create MSD and industrialisation presentations for customer RFQs (layouts, headcount, automation scenarios).
• Maintain monthly CB1 updates on capacity, headcount, revenue, and plant space‑walk inputs.
• Support plant implementation of approved capacity adjustments and industrial concepts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving abilities.
