Affiliate Marketing Team Manager – UK & AU Markets

About the role

Holafly is seeking a performance‑driven Affiliate Marketing Team Manager to lead and grow its UK and Australia affiliate divisions. You will combine strategic partnership development with hands‑on people management to drive revenue and build a high‑performing team of Digital Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and mentor a team of Digital Account Executives through regular 1‑on‑1s and development plans.
• Allocate affiliate portfolios (80‑100 partners per DAE) and ensure balanced coverage.
• Define and execute quarterly growth roadmaps, including exclusive deals, tiered commissions and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead MBRs and QBRs for top‑tier affiliates and negotiate high‑stakes contracts with macro‑publishers.
• Monitor KPIs (Revenue, ROAS, AOV) and provide frameworks to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks such as fraud.
• Ensure compliance with Holafly’s policies and brand guidelines across all regional channels.

Required profile

• 4+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Partnerships or Growth Marketing.
• 1‑2 years of leadership experience managing at least five people.
• Proven track record scaling performance partnerships, preferably in the UK and Australia.
• Native or professional fluency in English (C1/C2).
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Mastery of the Impact platform or similar enterprise affiliate networks.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools, specifically Ahrefs.
• Advanced data analysis using Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics for revenue forecasting.
