AI Education & Training Lead

About the role

Plutus21 is launching an AI education and training practice for businesses and seeks a leader to build the offering from scratch. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end product – from curriculum design to commercial strategy and delivery technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a curriculum that teaches businesses how to use and apply AI, defining audience segments, learning outcomes, formats and content.
• Shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, including positioning, pricing, marketing and sales channels to generate a pipeline of corporate clients.
• Recruit, vet and manage a network of qualified instructors, establishing quality standards and delivery playbooks.
• Set up the technology stack for the practice, including learning platforms, delivery tools and operational systems.
• Define the practice roadmap, track performance against goals and scale the team as the business grows.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building programs, ventures or new business lines from zero to market.
• Strong interest in education and professional training, preferably with experience designing or delivering learning programs.
• Practical fluency in AI tools and understanding of how businesses adopt them.
• Commercial instincts with comfort owning marketing, sales and pricing decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, early‑stage environment.
• Based in Latin America (Bogotá preferred) or Morocco.
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish (LatAm) or French/Arabic (Morocco) strongly preferred.
• Experience in edtech, corporate training or professional services is a plus.
• Experience recruiting and managing contractor or instructor networks is a plus.
