AI Engineer – Full‑Stack AI Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our tech team in Casablanca. You will develop and deploy data‑driven AI solutions across our automotive benchmarking platforms, working closely with product, frontend and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack AI services, including backend APIs and observability components.
• Maintain and optimise infrastructure and data access layers such as MongoDB, Redis and Celery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver core AI‑focused services.
• Deploy, test, monitor and scale AI systems on Azure cloud.
• Improve system observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Participate in continuous architecture improvement and code‑quality initiatives.
• Contribute to backend standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience delivering production‑grade software.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Python (including Langchain, FastAPI and agentic frameworks).
• Vector and graph database technologies.
• MongoDB, Redis, Celery.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker and containerised deployment.
• Azure cloud services (including Azure OpenAI).
• Observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana.
